We are excited about this special session of Art.Yoga.Connection. Starting with Breathwork and Sound bath and continuing with a dynamic session facilitated by Sharon J. Burton, artist and creativity coach of over 20 years in the DC, Maryland and Virginia areas. Whether you are a practicing creative looking to gather and find new inspiration or curious and ready to start exploring your creativity, join us for this afternoon of fun, relaxed conversation and making.
Sharon is the founder of Spark Your Creative Coaching, where she works with artists, authors, writers and other creatives to unblock and reach their creative potential. She also serves as the host of the Spark Your Creative podcast (SoundCloud) focusing on midlife artists, writers and creatives.
